DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days for orders delivered to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and 3 to 8 working days for Europe and the rest of the world. The delivery times given are approximate.
SHIPPING COSTS
In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR; orders under 100 EUR have a shipping cost of 6.90 EUR. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Gibraltar, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
In Europe Zone I, shipping is free for

In Europe Zone II, shipping is free for orders over 200 EUR; orders under 200 EUR have a shipping cost of 50 EUR.
(Zone II: Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Ukraine)
For the rest of the world, shipping is free for orders over 250 EUR; orders under 250 EUR have a shipping cost of 75 EUR.
Customs expenses that may be caused at the destination are not included in the shipping costs. These expenses will have to be paid for on receipt of the order and will be assumed by the client.

Within 30 days of receiving the order, the customer may request an exchange of a product purchased through the online store. You can exchange it for another size or an item of the same value. The item must still have its labels attached and must not have been used.

Shipping for the first exchange within Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) is free of charge. For all other countries, the customer bears the shipping costs of the exchange.

Returns within Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) are free of charge provided the final order amount after the return is over 100 EUR. If it is lower, the return costs 6.90 EUR.

For returns from all other countries, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
If the final order amount after the return is over 150 EUR, the original shipping charge is waived. If it is lower, the return costs 20.00 EUR. (Europe Zone I)
If the final order amount after the return is over 200 EUR, the original shipping charge is waived. If it is lower, the return costs 50.00 EUR. (Europe Zone II)
If the final order amount after the return is over 250 EUR, the original shipping charge is waived. If it is lower, the return costs 75.00 EUR. (Rest of the world)

If the customer is not satisfied with the products received, the customer has 14 calendar days to return the order, without any penalty and without having to give a reason. The item must still have its labels attached and must not have been used.
For returns under the right of withdrawal from all other countries, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
