DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days for orders with delivery in the peninsula and Balearic Islands, and 3 to 8 working days in Europe and the rest of the world. The delivery times indicated are indicative.

SHIPPING COSTS

In the Peninsula and Balearic Islands shipping costs are free with orders over 70 € and orders under 70 € will have a shipping cost of 6.90 €. Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In Europe Zone I shipping costs are free with orders over 100 ¤ and orders under 100 ¤ will have a shipping cost of 15 ¤.

In Europe Zone II shipping costs are free with orders over 150 ¤ and orders under 150 ¤ will have a shipping cost of 35 ¤.

Customs expenses that may be caused at the destination are not included in the shipping costs .These expenses will have to be paid for on receipt of the order and will be assumed by the client.

Within 30 days after receipt of the order, the customer may request the exchange of a product purchased through the online store. You can exchange it for another size or item of the same value. The original labels should remain on the item and the product should not have been used

Shipping costs for the first exchange in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) are free of charge. For any other countries, the customer will bear the cost for the exchange

Refunds for withdrawal  in Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) are free of charge, to formalize them please contact the Online Sales Department, by calling (+34)  951 569 216or by sending an e-mail to service@baileys.shop indicating your order number and we will pick up the product/s at the delivery address you indicated. You must also include the completed Return, Exchange and Cancellation Form.(Here)

In the event that the Customer is not satisfied with the products received, the Customer will have a period of 14 calendar days to return your order, all without penalty and without giving any reasons. The article must keep the labels and not have been used.

Refunds for withdrawal  in all other countries, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
